Returns & Cancellations Effective date: September 21, 2026. Seller: PerimeterEye Inc., 131 Continental Dr, Ste 305, Newark, Delaware 19713, USA. Customer support: inquiries@perimetereye.com. This policy applies to new hardware orders placed directly through perimetereye.com on or after its effective date, including complete systems, existing-camera upgrades, PerimeterEye Access, and equipment add-ons. It supplements your order confirmation and does not reduce mandatory consumer rights. For an earlier order or a separately negotiated business contract, contact us for the terms supplied with that purchase; a later website update does not retrospectively remove your rights. Before your order ships You may cancel before your equipment is handed to the delivery carrier for a full refund of the amount paid to PerimeterEye for the canceled goods, including applicable taxes and delivery charges collected by us. Reserving stock, configuring standard hardware, or preparing a shipment does not by itself make your order non-refundable. We do not deduct card-processing, administration, or stock-allocation fees from this refund. Send your cancellation notice as soon as you decide to cancel. If the parcel has already been dispatched, we will explain the return process. A cancellation request does not guarantee that a parcel already in transit can be intercepted. After delivery: change-of-mind returns You may tell us that you want to return standard hardware within 14 calendar days after delivery. After giving notice, send the hardware back within a further 14 calendar days. Where one order is delivered in several parts, the window for returning the complete order starts when you receive the final part. You may open the packaging and reasonably inspect the hardware. Please return the equipment with the accessories and components supplied with it, in undamaged condition, using the original packaging if available or equally protective packaging. Opening a box or activating an account does not automatically make hardware non-returnable. Please tell us if equipment has been mounted, wired, damaged or has missing components so we can explain the applicable process. For a voluntary change-of-mind return, you pay return postage and suitable packaging. We do not charge a flat restocking fee or retain payment-processing fees. Any proposed reduction for missing components or damage will be explained and limited to an actual, lawful loss in value. These voluntary conditions do not restrict inspection rights, faulty-goods remedies or other mandatory rights. Start a cancellation or return Email inquiries@perimetereye.com with your name, the email used for the order, and your order number or enough information to identify the purchase. Clearly tell us whether you want to cancel before dispatch or return delivered hardware. You do not have to give a reason for a change-of-mind cancellation. We will provide the correct return address and practical return instructions. The Delaware address above is a correspondence address; do not send hardware there unless we specifically instruct you to do so. You do not need our approval to send a legally valid withdrawal notice, and waiting for our reply does not change the date on which you gave notice. You can also use the online “Withdraw from a purchase” form at perimetereye.com/withdraw. No account is required. Review the details and select “Confirm withdrawal” to submit your notice. You will receive a timestamped confirmation to save and an email acknowledgment. The email route above remains available. A notice records your decision; we verify the order and arrange any return and refund separately. Defective, incorrect, missing or transit-damaged goods Contact us promptly if equipment is defective, an item is missing, the wrong item arrives, or a parcel arrives damaged. Include photos and an order reference where practical. We may ask for reasonable troubleshooting, but we do not require you to carry out unsafe work. There is no 48-hour or seven-day deadline that removes your mandatory rights. For goods that are defective, not as described, incorrectly supplied or damaged before delivery, PerimeterEye will provide the remedy and pay the reasonable return/delivery costs required by applicable law. Depending on the problem and your rights, the remedy may be repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund. Your rights for faulty goods do not end when the change-of-mind window expires. Refunds Refunds go back to the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. We do not substitute store credit for a money refund without your agreement. We will process a pre-dispatch cancellation promptly and within seven business days of receiving the cancellation, or sooner if the law requires. For a return, we will reimburse you without undue delay and within 14 calendar days after your withdrawal notice. Where permitted, reimbursement may be held until we receive the returned goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever happens first. We will refund standard outbound delivery charges paid to us where required; any extra amount you chose to pay for an upgraded delivery service need not be refunded unless the law requires it. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund. Bundles, installation and subscriptions To return a complete bundle for its full hardware refund, return the supplied bundle components. If you want to keep some components, contact us before returning the rest so we can confirm any voluntary partial-return arrangement and refund amount. We do not retrospectively charge the full standalone price of every item you keep. This does not limit remedies for an individual defective component. PerimeterEye sells hardware with self-installation guidance. A professional you hire independently has a separate agreement with you. We do not charge installation cancellation, technician-dispatch or removal fees. Independent labor costs are not part of a hardware refund, except to the extent applicable law requires us to cover them. When a complete system return or cancellation is accepted, we will arrange cancellation of its associated PerimeterEye subscription. We do not charge back the six months included in the launch offer. Canceling a subscription alone does not return your hardware or automatically cancel an independent finance agreement. For a financed purchase, we send the refund through the original payment provider; contact that provider about its remaining balance and payment schedule. Additional consumer rights UK and EU consumers normally have a statutory right to withdraw from an online hardware purchase within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason, and a further 14 days to send the goods back after notice. Mandatory refund, delivery and faulty-goods rights take priority over any less favorable term above. The voluntary return process above is additional to those rights. The statutory right may permit a proportionate deduction for handling beyond what is needed to establish the goods' nature, characteristics and functioning. Merely opening packaging is not a reason to deny it. Standard package choices, ordinary software setup and PerimeterEye branding do not by themselves turn standard hardware into a personalized, non-returnable product. US state laws and Canadian provincial or territorial laws may provide additional rights. Nothing in this policy prevents you from raising a legitimate payment dispute, contacting a consumer authority or using a remedy you have under applicable law. Optional cancellation notice To: PerimeterEye Inc., inquiries@perimetereye.com, 131 Continental Dr, Ste 305, Newark, Delaware 19713, USA. I give notice that I cancel my purchase of the following goods/services: ______. Order reference: ______. Ordered on / received on: ______. Customer name: ______. Customer address: ______. Email for confirmation: ______. Date: ______. Signature, only if submitted on paper: ______. You may use this wording or any other clear statement of your decision to withdraw; this form is not mandatory. ============================================================ Shipping & Delivery Effective date: September 21, 2026. This policy applies to direct PerimeterEye hardware orders. Support: inquiries@perimetereye.com. Destinations and order payment We accept shipping addresses in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the 27 member countries of the European Union. Select your destination in checkout. The amount due for your equipment is collected at checkout; this is a hardware purchase, not a deposit or a reservation for installation. Prices and payments are in US dollars. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion charges. Taxes collected by PerimeterEye must be identified in the order total before you pay. This policy does not authorize undisclosed charges after purchase. Shipping and import costs Standard outbound shipping is included in your hardware price. For shipments imported into Canada, the UK or the EU, the recipient pays any import VAT/GST, customs duty and carrier customs-clearance charges that are not expressly included in checkout. These are additional costs and may be collected by the carrier or customs authority before delivery. They depend on the destination and order; contact us before ordering if you need help understanding them. Any tax we are legally required to collect ourselves will be handled as such rather than shifted to the customer through this notice. Backorders and estimates Full systems and standalone PerimeterEye Access are currently on backorder, with estimated delivery 3–5 weeks from the order date. Any different estimate for a particular item must be disclosed before payment and recorded with the order. This estimate refers to delivery, not merely the date a label is created. Delivery time depends on stock, transport and customs processing, but an estimate does not remove your cancellation or refund rights. We will confirm the order and delivery information by email. After purchase, use your account to check and confirm your address and contact details. Address confirmation and optional setup questions do not activate your system or start subscription billing. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed after dispatch. Delays and your choices If we cannot meet the timeframe agreed for your order, we will notify you promptly, explain the revised estimate, and offer the choice of accepting the delay or canceling the unshipped goods for a full refund. We will obtain any consent required for an extended or further delay. If required consent is not received, or we cannot fulfill the order, we will cancel and promptly refund the affected goods. A new estimate on the website does not silently replace the estimate attached to your existing order. Tracking and delivery problems Tracking will be provided when the parcel is dispatched. A tracking number or shipping label alone does not mean the carrier has received the goods. If an order is split across parcels, we will identify the separate shipments. PerimeterEye remains responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or your nominated recipient, except where applicable law provides otherwise for a carrier you commission independently. If a parcel is lost, damaged or marked delivered but cannot be found, contact us so we can investigate and provide the remedy required by law. You do not have to resolve our carrier claim on our behalf. For an incorrect address, failed delivery or unclaimed parcel, contact us to agree the next step. We will not apply an undisclosed automatic reshipment or cancellation fee. Import charges paid directly to a carrier or authority may have a separate recovery process; we will provide reasonable supporting order information, and your mandatory rights remain unaffected. ============================================================ Limited Hardware Warranty Warrantor: PerimeterEye Inc., 131 Continental Dr, Ste 305, Newark, Delaware 19713, USA. Effective date: September 21, 2026. Claims: inquiries@perimetereye.com. This is an additional limited commercial warranty for PerimeterEye-branded hardware bought directly from us. It does not replace your rights against the seller for goods that are faulty, not as described or not fit for their stated purpose. Those rights may last longer than this warranty. What is covered and for how long We cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use, starting on the date of delivery. Two years on all PerimeterEye hardware: cameras, the Brain, wall panels, tracking searchlights, sirens, Access intercoms and PerimeterEye-branded accessories. Coverage is for the original direct purchaser. Any separate, more favorable warranty supplied with an item remains available. Nothing in this commercial transfer condition limits statutory rights that pass to another owner under applicable law. Self-installation and independent professionals You may install the system yourself using the supplied instructions or hire a suitable independent professional. Self-installation, using a third-party installer, opening the product, using a third-party part or obtaining independent service does not automatically cancel the entire warranty. We may exclude the particular damage caused by incorrect installation, unsuitable power, misuse or an incompatible modification, to the extent permitted by law. An unrelated manufacturing defect remains covered. Use hardware within its stated electrical, mounting, environmental and weather ratings. Normal use of outdoor-rated equipment within those ratings is not excluded simply because it was installed outdoors. Follow safety instructions and use a licensed professional where required for electrical or structural work. Remedy and costs For a covered defect, we will arrange repair or replacement within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. Replacement hardware may be new or properly refurbished and functionally equivalent or better. If an appropriate repair or replacement is not available within a reasonable time, we will provide a refund of the price attributable to the affected hardware. Store credit is offered only with your agreement. Mandatory rights may entitle you to a different or earlier remedy. We cover reasonable shipping needed for an approved covered claim. Do not purchase an unusually expensive return service without checking with us first; we will provide a return label or agree an appropriate method. Independent removal or reinstallation labor is not included in this additional warranty unless we agree otherwise or applicable law requires it. How to claim Contact inquiries@perimetereye.com with your order reference, the affected device and a description of the issue. We may request proof of purchase, photos, device identifiers or reasonable diagnostic information. Do not send passwords or payment-card details. Remote support access, where used, follows the product's support-permission process; this warranty is not blanket permission to view your cameras or property. We may ask you to perform safe troubleshooting or return the hardware for inspection. Do not attempt hazardous electrical or elevated work. A missing original box or a report made more than 48 hours after delivery does not automatically invalidate a defect claim. We will explain any denial and its connection to the relevant exclusion. Exclusions and separate services This additional warranty does not cover ordinary cosmetic wear, theft, accidental impact, deliberate damage, misuse, unsuitable electrical supply, or damage caused by installation or operation outside the product's specifications. An exclusion applies to the damage it causes, not unrelated defects. It does not remove a mandatory remedy. Your pre-existing cameras, router, cabling and other equipment you bought elsewhere are outside PerimeterEye's commercial hardware warranty. If we sell you a separately branded item, any manufacturer warranty is additional to our obligations as the seller; we do not send you to a manufacturer to avoid mandatory seller responsibilities. Software, remote access and cloud features are addressed in the Subscription & Service Terms. The hardware warranty does not promise uninterrupted connectivity, perfect AI output, crime prevention or emergency dispatch. Software and goods with digital elements remain subject to applicable statutory conformity and update requirements. Statutory rights For EU consumers, the legal guarantee is generally at least two years from delivery and may be longer under national law. This two-year commercial warranty does not reduce or replace it. UK consumers retain their rights concerning satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose, description, repair, replacement and rejection. US and Canadian consumers retain applicable state, provincial, territorial and federal rights. We do not disclaim non-excludable implied warranties or exclude liability that the law does not allow us to exclude. ============================================================ Equipment Purchase Terms Effective date: September 21, 2026. Seller: PerimeterEye Inc., 131 Continental Dr, Ste 305, Newark, Delaware 19713, USA. Support: inquiries@perimetereye.com. These terms apply to new direct online hardware purchases from PerimeterEye Inc. The product selection, quantities, USD price, delivery estimate and any disclosed charges are shown before payment and confirmed with your order. The full hardware amount is due at checkout. Standard online purchases do not create a PerimeterEye deposit, installment balance, security interest or right to repossess hardware after it has been paid for. If you choose a third-party financing provider offered at checkout, approval and repayments are governed by that provider's separate agreement. PerimeterEye is not the lender. Statutory linked-credit and cancellation rights are preserved. The hardware becomes yours when it is fully paid for and delivered. Software and cloud-service access are licensed under the service terms rather than transferred as intellectual property. Ending a subscription does not transfer paid-for hardware back to PerimeterEye. Package prices are bundle prices. Additional items are charged at the prices shown in the order summary. Confirm your camera compatibility and coverage needs before ordering an existing-camera upgrade; do not assume every third-party camera, lock or network is compatible. Self-installation guidance is included. PerimeterEye does not sell installation labor through this checkout, book a technician, guarantee an independent contractor's availability or collect the contractor's fee. Any professional you hire works under a separate agreement with you. Follow supplied instructions and obtain any required property permission or professional assistance. Shipping, backorders, cancellation, returns and hardware defects are governed by the published Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Cancellations, and Limited Hardware Warranty policies supplied with your purchase. Mandatory consumer law prevails over an inconsistent clause. Legacy installation or PerimeterEye installment templates do not apply merely because a customer creates an account or buys a current package. If we discover an error that prevents fulfillment, we will contact you. We will not substitute materially different hardware, increase the agreed price or introduce new charges without your agreement. If we cannot agree a suitable resolution, we will cancel the affected unshipped goods and issue a full refund. ============================================================ Subscription & Service Terms Effective date: September 21, 2026. Seller: PerimeterEye Inc., 131 Continental Dr, Ste 305, Newark, Delaware 19713, USA. Support: inquiries@perimetereye.com. Hardware and subscription are separate Your hardware purchase and recurring service are separate charges. The standard system Software & AI plan is $99 USD per month per subscribed property/system. Standalone PerimeterEye Access is $29.99 USD per month. Your order identifies the applicable plan. Adding Access hardware to an existing system does not by itself create a second standalone Access plan. Launch offer and activation Eligible complete-system and existing-camera upgrade orders include the first six calendar months of Software & AI from activation, followed by $99 USD per month. The included period does not run while hardware is waiting to ship or be installed. Paying for hardware, receiving it, creating an account and completing delivery/setup details do not by themselves start the included period. Activation is the service activation recorded for your system. Your activation confirmation identifies the subscription status and the end of any included period. Standalone Access starts monthly billing after activation and does not include the six-month system launch offer unless a different offer is expressly shown on the order. Ordinary equipment add-ons do not restart or extend the included period. Renewal and cancellation After an included period ends, the subscribed plan renews monthly using the saved payment method unless canceled. An Access plan renews monthly from its activation-based billing date. Taxes legally charged on the service will be identified as applicable. We will provide required billing and renewal notices. You may cancel future renewals through your account's billing controls or by contacting inquiries@perimetereye.com. If the billing controls are unavailable, contact us directly; a technical issue does not remove your cancellation rights. Cancel before the included period ends to avoid the first monthly charge. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid that renewal. We will confirm the effective cancellation date. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid or included period. We do not impose an early-termination charge for the standard monthly plan or charge back the included six months. Any immediate statutory withdrawal or refund right takes priority. Canceling a subscription does not automatically return hardware; use the returns process if you also want to cancel the hardware purchase. What the system plan includes The system plan covers supported AI event analysis and voice responses, remote app access, alerts, cloud event clips, software updates and technical support. Available functions depend on the package, installed equipment and connectivity. Included cloud event-clip storage is up to 30 days within 100 GB per property; clips may be removed sooner when the storage allowance is full. Save important evidence separately before it expires. Standalone Access provides the Access functions supported by its hardware and plan. It is not a substitute for a complete property-defense system. Neither plan is a staffed alarm-monitoring service or a promise of police or emergency dispatch. Service limitations, changes and refunds Features depend on supported hardware, power, connectivity and system configuration. AI output can be wrong and the system does not guarantee crime prevention or uninterrupted service. These practical limitations do not remove obligations concerning advertised functions, faulty goods, digital-service conformity or required updates. Subscription-dependent services can end when the paid or included period ends. Hardware ownership and statutory warranty rights continue. Keep copies of recordings you need and ask support about the effects on particular features before canceling. We will give advance notice of a price change or material change to an ongoing paid service, with an opportunity to cancel before it takes effect and any additional protection the law requires. A later website edit does not retrospectively change the price of a paid period or shorten an included offer already attached to your order. Ordinary cancellation of future renewals does not automatically refund a correctly charged period already provided. We will refund duplicate or erroneous charges and provide any refund, reduction or other remedy required for statutory withdrawal or defective service. Using the hardware does not automatically waive statutory rights concerning digital services; any legally required express request or acknowledgment must be obtained separately.
