Switch Credit Terms Effective date: October 27, 2026. Version 2026-10-27. Offered by PerimeterEye Inc., 131 Continental Dr, Ste 305, Newark, Delaware 19713, USA. Questions: inquiries@perimetereye.com. These terms apply only when you choose the switch credit on a PerimeterEye order or quote and accept them before you pay. They add to the Equipment Purchase Terms, Returns & Cancellations, Limited Hardware Warranty and Subscription & Service Terms supplied with your order. Where those documents and these terms differ about the switch credit or its plan, these terms apply. Nothing here reduces rights you have under applicable consumer law. What you get If you end a home security or monitoring contract with another company (for example ADT, Vivint, Brinks Home or Cove) and that company charged you an early-termination or cancellation fee, PerimeterEye refunds the fee you actually paid, up to the cap for your system. The cap depends on your PerimeterEye system's full price, before tax and shipping: up to $1,000 for a system priced $4,000 or more; up to $500 for a system priced from $2,000 to $3,999.99. A system priced under $2,000 does not qualify. Spare parts, add-ons and installation are not part of the system's price. We refund only the early-termination or cancellation fee itself, as shown on the old company's bill. We do not refund equipment the old company sold you, unpaid service, taxes, late fees or other charges, and we never refund more than the fee you paid or more than the cap. Who qualifies Your old contract must have charged an early-termination or cancellation fee that you paid, and it must have ended within 60 days before or after the date of your PerimeterEye purchase. The credit is for one complete PerimeterEye system (a Brain and at least one camera) bought at full price, or a discount a PerimeterEye manager approved before your quote. A code, a referral discount or any other discount cannot be combined with the credit. Equipment-only orders do not qualify. One switch credit per household, judged by the service or shipping address. If a switch credit was already paid for the same home, another one is not. Your 36-month plan With the switch credit you keep the Standard plan ($49.99 a month) or a higher plan for 36 months, counted from the activation of your system. The first month of AI Guard included with every system is month 1. The monthly price of your plan is locked for those 36 months. You may move between Standard and higher plans at any time during them, and add or remove cloud storage. After 36 months your plan continues month to month, and you can change or cancel it like any other plan. There is no automatic new contract. How to claim it After your system is activated, upload your old company's final bill or account statement showing the early-termination or cancellation fee you paid, using the secure link we email you. Upload it within 60 days of activation. You may upload it sooner, as soon as you have it. We review the bill and may ask for more, such as proof that you paid the fee or the date the old contract ended. When we approve it, we refund the fee you paid, up to the cap, to the card or payment method you used for the order, as a partial refund of that order. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it. If we decline it, we tell you why. The credit is a refund of part of what you paid for your order. It is not cash, a gift card or store credit, and it cannot be transferred to anyone else. Ending early or moving below Standard If you cancel your plan, or move it below Standard (to Basic or Free), before the 36 months are up, you repay the unused part of the credit you received, by the month: the credit, times the months left out of 36, divided by 36, rounded down to the cent. For example, if you received $1,000 and end your plan after 12 full months, you repay $1,000 × 24 ÷ 36 = $666.66. Nothing else is charged for ending early. By accepting these terms you authorize PerimeterEye to charge that repayment to the card or payment method on file for your account. We tell you the amount before we charge it. If the charge fails, the amount stays due. If you received no credit, because you did not claim it or we declined it, there is nothing to repay. If you move If you move during the 36 months, you can take your system with you and keep your plan, or pass the plan to the buyer of your home for the rest of the 36 months, who then takes over these terms. Tell us before you move. Otherwise, ending the plan when you move counts as ending early, and the repayment above applies. Returns and canceled orders If you return the system within the 14-day return window, or cancel the order before it ships, you get no switch credit and the 36-month plan ends with nothing to repay. If we already refunded the credit, it comes off your return refund, so in total you get back what you paid. Other terms We may decline a claim that does not meet these terms, that relies on an altered or incomplete document, or that we cannot verify. We may change or end the switch credit offer for new orders at any time; that does not change a credit already attached to your order. PerimeterEye is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for ADT, Vivint, Brinks Home, Cove or any other company named here. You are responsible for ending your old contract and for anything you owe that company, including returning its equipment. The switch credit and these terms do not change PerimeterEye's other policies: the system is not a staffed alarm-monitoring service, and it does not guarantee crime prevention.
