When someone presses Call Home
One press at the intercom rings your cell phone and all connected PerimeterEye wall panels inside your home at the same time. Answer from the room you’re in, or from your phone when you’re away.
Pick up on your phone or an indoor wall panel to see live video of whoever is at the intercom and speak with them. Keep your own camera off when you prefer an audio-only response from your side.
You see the visitor. They hear your voice.Want the visitor to see you too? Enable the camera on the device you’re answering from. Your video appears on the intercom screen while you see theirs, creating a two-way video call.
Your camera is your choice.Tap “Let Us Handle It” to have the AI Doorman speak to the person at your entrance. It can give delivery instructions, guide a visitor, or ask an unwanted visitor to leave, without you having to speak to them personally.

Your AI Doorman
Choose “Let Us Handle It” and a live AI voice takes the conversation at the entrance. Give visitors a response without interrupting what you’re doing or appearing on camera.
The AI Doorman is part of Access, alongside video calling and entry controls. It gives you another way to handle the door when you’re busy, away, or would rather not speak to the visitor yourself.

PerimeterEye NFC access cards
Brushed-metal PerimeterEye NFC access cards are included with Access. Give family members a simple way in without opening an app or entering a code. Each card can be disabled individually if it’s lost.
Use the app’s entry controls to release a compatible door or gate for a guest, delivery, or service visit—even when you’re away from home.
Answer the visitor on any connected panel, see who is outside, and let them in from the same device. No need to walk to the entrance.
Present your PerimeterEye card to the intercom’s reader to enter. Manage individual cards so you can remove access for a lost card.
Use your code directly on the intercom when you don’t have your phone or card. PIN entry is configurable and can be turned off if you prefer.

Yes. When someone presses Call Home at the intercom, your cell phone and all connected PerimeterEye wall panels inside your home ring together. You can answer from your phone or a panel.
No. You can see the visitor’s live video and talk to them while keeping your own camera off. If you want a face-to-face conversation, enable the camera on your answering device so the visitor can see you on the intercom screen too.

No. Standalone Access works with your phone and does not require a complete system. Indoor wall panels are not included in the standalone package. When Access is connected to a PerimeterEye system with wall panels, those panels can ring, answer calls, and control entry too.
The Access subscription supports two-way video calls to your phone, the AI Doorman, AI visitor screening, remote access controls, and your visitor event log. It is $29.99/month and starts after activation. The six-month launch inclusion advertised for complete systems does not apply to standalone Access.
Remote unlocking requires compatible door or gate release hardware. Compatibility depends on your entrance and wiring. Contact us before ordering if you want help checking your setup; a separate lock or gate opener is not included in the standalone Access package.
