- Up to $1,000 of the early-termination fee you actually paid, refunded to your card.
- Standard or higher for 36 months from activation, at today's price. Then month to month.
- Full price, or a discount a PerimeterEye manager approved before your quote.

How it works
1. Choose the switch credit
Tick "Switching from another company?" at checkout, or ask your PerimeterEye rep or our team for a quote with it. Pick Standard or a higher plan.
2. End your old contract
Cancel with your old company and keep the final bill or statement that shows the cancellation fee you paid.
3. Send us the bill
Once your system is active, upload the bill within 60 days with the private link we email you. A photo or a PDF is fine.
4. Get the fee back
We check it and refund the fee you paid, up to your system's cap, to the card you paid with.
The terms, in plain words
Everything is in the Switch Credit Terms, version 2026-10-27. You accept them when you choose the credit.
PerimeterEye isn't affiliated with ADT, Vivint, Brinks Home, Cove or any company named here. You end your old contract yourself, and you return anything you owe them.
- Who qualifies?
- Anyone ending a home security or monitoring contract with another company (ADT, Vivint, Brinks Home, Cove or any other) that charged an early-termination or cancellation fee, if the contract ended within 60 days before or after your PerimeterEye purchase. One switch credit per household.
- What exactly do you refund?
- The early-termination or cancellation fee you actually paid, as the old company's bill shows it, up to your system's cap. Not equipment you bought from them, unpaid service, taxes or late fees.
- What's the catch?
- The plan. With the switch credit you keep Standard ($49.99 a month) or a higher plan for 36 months from activation, at today's price; your included first month is month 1. After that it's month to month, with no new contract.
- What if I cancel early?
- You repay the unused part of the credit, by the month: the credit times the months left, divided by 36. Received $1,000 and end after 12 months? You repay $666.66. The same applies if you move below Standard. Nothing else is charged.
- What if I move?
- Take the system with you and keep your plan, or pass the plan to the buyer of your home for the rest of the 36 months. Tell us before you move.
- What if I return the system?
- Return it within 14 days of delivery and there's no switch credit, the plan commitment ends, and there's nothing to repay.
- Can I use a code or a discount too?
- Full price, or a discount a PerimeterEye manager approved before your quote. In the Shop that means no code or other discount with it; if a PerimeterEye rep is helping you, ask them for a quote with the switch credit.
- Is PerimeterEye a contract company now?
- No. PerimeterEye has no contract: the hardware is yours and plans are month to month. The 36-month plan comes only with the switch credit, if you choose it.
