PerimeterEye Platform Terms of ServiceEffective Date: 05/15/2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the PerimeterEye platform, website, applications, cloud services, APIs, AI systems, hardware integrations, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”) provided by PerimeterEye (“PerimeterEye,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing, purchasing, registering for, or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts to use the Platform.
You represent and warrant that:
all registration information provided is accurate and current;
you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations;
you are not prohibited from using the Platform under applicable export control or sanctions laws.
2. Platform Access & Services
PerimeterEye provides:
AI-powered monitoring systems;
cloud-connected software services;
mobile and web applications;
event intelligence and alerting;
device management systems;
video and data processing services;
APIs and integrations;
associated software, firmware, and infrastructure.
Access to certain features may require:
active subscriptions;
compatible hardware;
internet connectivity;
verified accounts;
additional agreements.
We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, discontinue, or restrict any portion of the Platform at any time.
3. Account Registration & Security
Users are responsible for:
maintaining account confidentiality;
safeguarding passwords, API keys, and credentials;
restricting unauthorized access;
ensuring all account activity is authorized.
You agree to immediately notify PerimeterEye of:
suspected unauthorized access;
credential compromise;
suspicious account activity.
PerimeterEye is not responsible for losses arising from:
compromised credentials;
user negligence;
unauthorized account sharing;
insecure user environments.
4. Account Sharing Restrictions
Accounts are licensed for use only by the authorized account holder and approved users under the applicable subscription plan.
Users may not:
share login credentials outside authorized personnel;
resell access to the Platform;
distribute access tokens or API credentials;
allow unauthorized third parties to access services.
PerimeterEye may:
limit simultaneous sessions;
monitor abnormal authentication behavior;
suspend accounts for unauthorized sharing activity.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not:
use the Platform for unlawful surveillance;
stalk, harass, intimidate, or threaten others;
interfere with Platform operations;
bypass security protections;
upload malware or malicious code;
exploit vulnerabilities;
access systems without authorization;
attempt to disable AI safeguards;
misuse emergency escalation systems;
impersonate individuals or entities;
violate privacy or recording laws;
use the Platform in sanctioned jurisdictions;
use the Platform for military, weapons, or unlawful enforcement purposes.
Any misuse may result in:
suspension;
termination;
evidence preservation;
legal action;
law enforcement referral.
6. User-Generated Content
Users may upload or submit:
video footage;
images;
audio;
metadata;
comments;
incident reports;
configurations;
AI prompts;
support materials.
You retain ownership of your content.
However, you grant PerimeterEye a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
host;
store;
process;
transmit;
analyze;
display;
reproduce;
improve Platform functionality using such content.
Where users explicitly opt into product improvement or AI training programs, PerimeterEye may additionally use flagged events, recordings, and related metadata for:
AI model improvement;
threat detection optimization;
product analytics;
debugging;
safety testing;
platform development.
Users represent that they possess all rights necessary to upload submitted content.
7. AI System & Automated Decisioning Disclaimer
The Platform uses artificial intelligence and automated systems to:
classify events;
generate alerts;
assess threats;
recommend actions;
detect anomalies;
automate workflows.
AI-generated outputs:
may be inaccurate;
may contain false positives or false negatives;
are probabilistic in nature;
should not be solely relied upon for emergency, legal, medical, or safety decisions.
PerimeterEye does not guarantee:
threat detection accuracy;
crime prevention;
emergency response outcomes;
uninterrupted monitoring;
complete incident detection.
Users remain solely responsible for independent judgment and appropriate response actions.
8. API & Developer Terms
Any API access provided by PerimeterEye is subject to these Terms and any supplemental developer documentation.
Users may not:
abuse API infrastructure;
exceed usage limits;
circumvent authentication;
create competing services using Platform APIs;
replicate or mirror Platform functionality;
resell API access without authorization.
PerimeterEye reserves the right to:
throttle usage;
suspend API access;
revoke credentials;
impose request limitations.
9. API Rate Limiting
PerimeterEye may enforce:
request-per-minute limitations;
concurrency restrictions;
bandwidth caps;
storage limitations;
event processing quotas.
Rate limits may vary by:
subscription tier;
device count;
region;
infrastructure conditions.
Attempts to bypass rate limiting mechanisms are strictly prohibited.
10. Scraping, Reverse Engineering & Intellectual Property Protections
Users may not:
scrape Platform data;
harvest user information;
reverse engineer hardware or software;
decompile code;
analyze firmware for replication;
reproduce system architecture;
clone user interfaces;
intercept communications;
bypass licensing protections;
attempt unauthorized extraction of AI models or proprietary logic.
All Platform software, systems, firmware, designs, AI workflows, branding, and infrastructure remain the exclusive property of PerimeterEye and its licensors.
Unauthorized copying, replication, theft, or circumvention of PerimeterEye systems may result in:
civil litigation;
injunctive relief;
financial damages;
criminal referral where applicable.
11. Cloud Access & Connectivity
Certain Platform functions require:
internet connectivity;
cloud access;
operational servers;
supported devices.
PerimeterEye is not responsible for failures caused by:
ISP outages;
local network failures;
firewall restrictions;
hardware incompatibility;
power interruptions;
third-party cloud failures.
Cloud functionality may vary by:
geographic region;
service availability;
subscription plan.
12. Platform Modification Rights
PerimeterEye may:
add or remove features;
modify interfaces;
update AI systems;
alter workflows;
revise subscription offerings;
change integrations;
discontinue legacy functionality.
Updates may occur automatically without prior notice.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of such modifications.
13. Suspension & Termination Rights
PerimeterEye may suspend or terminate access immediately for:
Terms violations;
unlawful activity;
abuse of Platform systems;
payment failures;
security risks;
excessive system load;
fraud indicators;
export control violations;
misuse of emergency escalation tools.
Upon termination:
licenses immediately revoke;
access credentials may be disabled;
stored content may be deleted after retention periods;
certain evidence may be preserved for legal compliance.
14. Export Control & Sanctions Compliance
Users agree not to:
access the Platform from prohibited jurisdictions;
export software or hardware in violation of U.S. export laws;
use the Platform in sanctioned territories;
permit access by sanctioned persons or entities.
The Platform may not be used in violation of:
U.S. export control laws;
OFAC sanctions regulations;
international trade restrictions.
PerimeterEye reserves the right to block access where required by law.
15. Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate with third-party:
cloud providers;
payment processors;
messaging services;
AI providers;
mapping systems;
analytics services.
PerimeterEye is not responsible for:
third-party outages;
external policy changes;
third-party security failures;
interoperability limitations.
Third-party services may be governed by separate agreements.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PERIMETEREYE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:
MERCHANTABILITY;
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE;
NON-INFRINGEMENT;
ACCURACY;
RELIABILITY;
SECURITY;
UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION.
17. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PERIMETEREYE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
INDIRECT DAMAGES;
INCIDENTAL DAMAGES;
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES;
LOST PROFITS;
LOST DATA;
PROPERTY LOSS;
PERSONAL INJURY;
SECURITY INCIDENTS;
FAILURE TO PREVENT CRIME OR HARM.
TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE USER TO PERIMETEREYE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
18. Indemnification
Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PerimeterEye from claims arising from:
misuse of the Platform;
unlawful surveillance;
uploaded content;
violations of law;
violations of these Terms;
third-party claims related to user activity.
19. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in:
state courts located in New Jersey; or
federal courts with jurisdiction in New Jersey.
20. Arbitration
PerimeterEye may require disputes to be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis.
Users waive:
jury trial rights;
class action participation;
consolidated proceedings.
Arbitration procedures may be further defined in supplemental agreements.
21. Changes to Terms
PerimeterEye may update these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms become effective upon posting to:PerimeterEye Website
Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
