1. Deposits

1.1. Any deposit paid to reserve equipment, installation dates, preorder inventory, or service capacity may be designated as non-refundable at the time of purchase.

1.2. Deposits are used to allocate inventory, reserve installer scheduling, secure logistics capacity, and initiate onboarding processes.

1.3. Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in writing by PerimeterEye, deposits are non-refundable once:

equipment procurement has begun;

installation scheduling has been initiated;

hardware has been allocated to Customer;

custom configuration work has started; or

financing approval and account setup has been completed.

1.4. PerimeterEye may, at its sole discretion, issue partial or full deposit credits toward future services instead of cash refunds.
