Equipment Purchase Terms

These terms apply to new direct online hardware purchases from PerimeterEye Inc. The product selection, quantities, USD price, delivery estimate and any disclosed charges are shown before payment and confirmed with your order.

The full hardware amount is due at checkout. Standard online purchases do not create a PerimeterEye deposit, installment balance, security interest or right to repossess hardware after it has been paid for. If you choose a third-party financing provider offered at checkout, approval and repayments are governed by that provider's separate agreement. PerimeterEye is not the lender. Statutory linked-credit and cancellation rights are preserved.

The hardware becomes yours when it is fully paid for and delivered. Software and cloud-service access are licensed under the service terms rather than transferred as intellectual property. Ending a subscription does not transfer paid-for hardware back to PerimeterEye.

Package prices are bundle prices. Additional items are charged at the prices shown in the order summary. Confirm your camera compatibility and coverage needs before ordering an existing-camera upgrade; do not assume every third-party camera, lock or network is compatible.

Self-installation guidance is included. PerimeterEye does not sell installation labor through this checkout, book a technician, guarantee an independent contractor's availability or collect the contractor's fee. Any professional you hire works under a separate agreement with you. Follow supplied instructions and obtain any required property permission or professional assistance.

Shipping, backorders, cancellation, returns and hardware defects are governed by the published Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Cancellations, and Limited Hardware Warranty policies supplied with your purchase. Mandatory consumer law prevails over an inconsistent clause. Legacy installation or PerimeterEye installment templates do not apply merely because a customer creates an account or buys a current package.

If we discover an error that prevents fulfillment, we will contact you. We will not substitute materially different hardware, increase the agreed price or introduce new charges without your agreement. If we cannot agree a suitable resolution, we will cancel the affected unshipped goods and issue a full refund.
