This Privacy Policy explains how PerimeterEye (“PerimeterEye,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information collected through our AI-powered security platform, including our website, mobile applications, cloud platform, hardware devices, monitoring systems, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

PerimeterEye location presence is optional. If enabled, the mobile app compares the iPhone to the saved property address and sends only home, near_home, or away state to PerimeterEye systems. PerimeterEye does not store raw phone coordinates or a raw location history for this feature.

Location presence may increase security sensitivity for unexpected activity, but it is not used to lower threat response.

Where required by applicable law, PerimeterEye will obtain necessary consents before enabling biometric processing features.

Facial recognition is optional and can be enabled and set up from your wall panel.

Facial recognition processing and storage take place entirely on the PerimeterEye equipment at your property. Facial embeddings are created and stored locally; they never leave your local system and are never transmitted to or stored in PerimeterEye's cloud systems.

Local facial-recognition data is retained and deleted in accordance with the applicable retention policies and biometric consent notice.

Users can disable facial recognition.

On perimetereye.com, essential cookies support your privacy choices, security and requested account, payment or support functions. In the United States, optional analytics and advertising are on by default, and you can turn either off at any time using Your privacy choices in the footer. Outside the United States, optional analytics and advertising require your permission before they start; you can allow either category separately, reject both, or change your choices using Your privacy choices in the footer. Saving your choices refreshes the page.

When analytics is on, PerimeterEye measures visits, navigation, interactions and conversions and may connect that visit history with an inquiry or account you provide. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity may process analytics information, including session interactions. When advertising is on, Google Ads, Meta and TikTok may process advertising information, including event information our servers send them when you make an inquiry or place an order, and we may store referral attribution. These providers may combine information with activity on their own services. PerimeterEye does not sell personal information for money. Under some US state privacy laws, this use of advertising cookies can count as sharing personal information for targeted advertising; you can opt out as described in this section.

Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track keep optional analytics and advertising off, and we honor Global Privacy Control as an opt-out of sharing for targeted advertising. Choices apply to the current browser. Our Cookie Policy at /legal/cookie-policy explains cookies, storage durations, providers and withdrawal; cookie expiry is separate from the retention of collected information. These website choices do not change your product privacy or AI settings.

18B. Text Messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and check the optional text-consent box on our website, or agree to texts on one of our Facebook or Instagram lead forms, PerimeterEye may text you about your inquiry, a call you requested, your order, delivery and installation, and occasional offers. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or text-messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share them only with service providers that deliver messages on our behalf, such as our text-messaging provider.
