Commercial deployments

Your sites, defended after hours.

Lots, yards and sites go dark with nobody standing at the fence. PerimeterEye watches every camera with AI on the site itself, judges what it sees, and answers with a tracking searchlight, a voice and a 130 dB siren in seconds. By morning, the night is written up.

Who answers on a site at night

What a site typically gets from a camera system, a guard or patrol, and a live-agent service, next to what PerimeterEye does.

Swipe the table sideways to compare.

Not a replacement for people. Plenty of sites keep a guard or an agent service. PerimeterEye adds a searchlight, a voice and a written record on every camera, and covers the hours and corners a person cannot.

Comparisons describe typical offerings in each category as of October 2026; individual products and services vary.

Cameras give you footage. This gives you a record.

Every event on every camera is written up, not just the ones that escalated. It is what a supervisor reads at handover, and what an insurer or investigator gets if the night turns into a claim.

Person detected: East equipment yard

  • Unknown person
  • Threat: High
  • AI reviewed
  • Clip saved
  • Escalated

One unknown adult entered the east yard on foot through the vehicle gate line, moved between two parked excavators, and left toward the fence line after the voice warning.

Observed

  1. Entered at 02:07 AM, outside all recorded working hours for the site.
  2. No high-visibility clothing, no vehicle, and no matching scheduled contractor for that window.
  3. Spent 34 seconds at the fuel tanks on the north side of the second excavator.
  4. No cutting, forced entry, or removal of equipment was observed before departure.

Actions taken

  1. Searchlight locked on and tracked the person across the yard.
  2. Live voice warning delivered, describing the person and their position.
  3. Siren escalated at 40 seconds; priority alert sent to the on-call contact with live video.
  4. Clip retained and attached to the site's daily briefing for the shift handover.

Illustrative example of the written analysis format. Real analyses vary with what actually happened.

The PerimeterEye app's event detail for a paving crew's day: the camera view, the cameras that saw it, the crew of two and the written timeline
A real event from a live property: a paving crew's 9-hour day across 9 cameras, written up as one report.
Shift handover in one page
The overnight briefing is a written account of the site, not four hours of footage nobody watches.
Incident packs
Each event carries its own analysis and clip, so an insurer, an investigator or a lawyer gets a coherent record.
Contractor and delivery verification
Who arrived, when, through which gate, and how long they stayed, without asking anyone to sign a book.
Gate access you can audit
Entry by app, PIN or NFC card, tied to the event record instead of a key that has been copied twice.
Search across sites
Ask for “vehicles at the north gate last weekend” instead of assigning someone to scrub timelines.
A policy per site
A yard that closes at six does not behave like one that runs nights. Exceptions are typed in plain words, such as “allow the 4 AM fuel delivery”.

One defense doctrine, every site.

Every location gets the same answer at the same standard, with its own working hours and its own exceptions.

Autonomous response, per site
Detect, verify, searchlight, targeted voice, siren, without waiting on a human decision.
On-site intelligence
A Brain at every site. Detection, recording and searchlight tracking keep running through an internet outage.
A written record of every event
Each event gets an AI analysis and each day gets a briefing, with plain-language search across cameras.
Vehicle and plate awareness
Plates read at gates and drives by the cameras already there, checked against the vehicles you have confirmed.
Access at the gate
The PerimeterEye Access intercom, with app, PIN and NFC card entry and video calls.
Policy you set
Property modes and plain-language exceptions per site, changed in one tap.

Plate reads depend on placement, angle, and conditions; no recognition system reads every plate.

You may not need new cameras.

Where existing IP cameras are compatible, PerimeterEye can be deployed as an intelligence layer on top of the cameras already on the building. The cameras stay. What changes is that the footage starts being understood.

  2. PerimeterEye intelligence
  3. Written events
  4. Plain-language search

  6. Active deterrence

Complete system

Cameras, searchlights, siren and strobe, the Access intercom, the wall panel and the Brain, designed to work together.

Intelligence layer

Keep compatible cameras you already have, and add the Brain, the intelligence and as much deterrence hardware as the site needs.

Compatibility depends on the existing cameras and network; it is confirmed per site before anything is quoted. Camera compatibility

The hardware

  • The PerimeterEye Brain, a black on-site computer with two antennas

    The Brain

One per site, sized to its cameras. Larger sites get the Commercial Brain, quoted per site.

    4K AI cameras

8 MP, full color at night. One network cable each.

  • PerimeterEye tracking spotlight in white

    Tracking searchlight

Finds a person and follows them across the lot: 355° of rotation and 90° of tilt.

  • PerimeterEye siren and strobe in white

    Siren and strobe

130 dB, for when someone keeps going.

  • PerimeterEye Access outdoor intercom, model 704, with Call Home, Access and Delivery on its screen

    Access intercom

How a site is set up

HardwareBought outright, yours to keep
SoftwareA subscription per site

PilotOne site first, then the rest

When the internet drops

Each site's Brain keeps doing its job on its own: local detection, continuous recording, searchlight tracking and the siren. The AI voice warning and the other cloud features resume when the connection returns.

Recording, kept on site

Every camera records around the clock to the site's Brain, alongside clips of every event. Add external SSDs to keep as many days as the site needs.

Nobody has to watch the screens

Each site answers on its own, in seconds, at 3 AM as at noon: the searchlight locks on, a voice warning describes the person, and the siren sounds if they stay. Alerts and live video reach your on-call contacts at the same time.
