No. PerimeterEye AI creates spoken responses using the activity shown by your cameras, your Property Mode, and your communication preferences. It can address the person in view and the situation taking place, rather than repeating one fixed recording.
What does the filmed vehicle demonstration show?
It shows a staged vehicle break-in scenario on a real property. The working PerimeterEye system responded automatically with a voice warning, tracking searchlight, and siren. The scenario was staged for filming; an operator was not driving the response. Play the film with sound to hear the recorded warning.
Does the camera decide what to say?
No. PerimeterEye AI forms the message from the situation and your settings, and the PerimeterEye Brain coordinates delivery through the connected camera speakers. The camera speaker is the output device for the system’s response.
Can I speak to the person myself?
Yes. Use your phone or indoor wall panel to view the camera and speak live through the connected camera speaker. Live two-way audio lets you handle the conversation yourself using supported camera hardware.
Can I change the tone or wording?
Yes. Tell your PerimeterEye assistant how you want the system to speak: a more polite or firmer tone, preferred phrasing, or instructions relevant to your property. The response uses your preferences alongside the observed activity and selected Property Mode.
Will every arrival receive a warning?
No. Armed is the daily-use mode, where PerimeterEye learns your property and assesses ordinary arrivals, workers, and deliveries alongside suspicious activity. You do not need to manually arm and disarm the system as people come and go. Visitor mode is for large gatherings with lots of expected activity.
Can it give delivery drivers instructions?
Yes. Tell your PerimeterEye assistant where packages should be left, and the system can give spoken directions to delivery drivers. This works as part of everyday Armed mode; receiving a delivery does not require switching to Visitor mode. Off and Quiet modes stand active communication down.
Does a voice warning always trigger the siren?
No. Voice, tracking light, and siren escalation are coordinated according to the activity, your Property Mode, and your response settings. Every situation does not require every response. You retain controls to escalate or de-escalate.
Can I turn voice warnings off?
Yes. Quiet mode keeps cameras recording while AI analysis, notifications, and deterrence stand down. Off mode stops watching and recording as well. Both stand voice warnings down.
Will voice warnings work with my existing cameras?
PerimeterEye offers systems for compatible existing cameras. Voice delivery and live two-way audio require supported speaker and audio capabilities. Check camera compatibility and your selected configuration before ordering an upgrade.
Do voice warnings guarantee that someone will leave?
No. The aim is to make the response clear, address suspicious activity as it happens, and keep the homeowner informed. No security system can guarantee that a person will leave or that an incident will be prevented.
